  Oven stopped working over the weekend.  Called Delta yesterday to schedule an appt for today.  Andrei showed up on time, diagnosed problem, provided estimate, did the work and was finished all in under 90 minutes.  Oven works perfectly now and was considerably cheaper to fix than to replace.  Couldn't ask for better service!
